So What's The Difference
Between Weaver Of Visions and Gold In California? Kate assembled her Gold In California retrospective in 1986 just before she passed away. She included songs from her five studio albums, but not her double live album, Give Yourself To Love. Except for a couple covers she added, Weavers has all the songs that Kate chose to represent her studio work. However, four of those eighteen songs are different versions from An Evening In Austin and Carry It On. Lastly, Weaver Of Visions adds another eighteen songs, and is about an hour longer than Gold In California. |
